We're opting out of being humble on this one. This spread is fantastic. When we stopped making it a couple of years ago during a supply shortage, our team wasn't subtle about campaigning for its return. We had trouble tracking down one perfect ingredient, and we never like to cut corners.
If rose is something you tend to shy away from, cracking open this jar smells nothing like that weird hotel soap. We've crafted a balance of the tart raspberry and the beautiful brightness that rose water and lemon juice bring to this spread. The rose is the subtle "secret" ingredient that elevates this spread.
